QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability
- First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
REQUIREMENTS
- Current Australian Drivers license and own transport
- Current National Police Check Record
- Victoria Working with Children Check
- Face to face interview
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Independent work skills
- Ability to assist clients with personal care and lifestyle support
- Ability to listen and consult
- Willing to learn continuously
- Be familiar with the NDIS, the Disability Discrimination Act and all Guidelines of the standard of the disability’s services.
- Good time management skills
- Basic computer, literacy and numeracy skills.
